Updated: Feb 14, 2019

Sunday 10th February Swansea

Keith opened his account with 7.68m in the shot for the bronze. Sadly he followed that by injuring his calf on his the first round of the long jump. this meant he could not defend his high jump and pole vault titles...

Ian Williams performed well in the shot with 9.13m which was good enough for gold. He also made his first appearance in the long jump with a respectable 3.81m for gold.

Finally Robert Eales was 1st in the M50 Shot with a great throw of 11.15.

Well done all :)
